Plum oil is actually plum kernel oil, meaning it is obtained from the plum pit. It is an expensive and luxurious oil. Cold-pressed plum oil is minimally processed, which is why it has a pleasant, distinctive sweet-almond scent. It has a very deep moisturizing effect and is well-suited for sensitive skin.
