01 What is a drop?
Every Thursday at 6 PM, we lower the price on selected items. These are collected on a separate page — the Drop. There is usually a limited quantity, and once they're gone, they're gone.
02 Where do the goods come from?
From independent manufacturers and brands in Europe. Each product page specifies the brand, and over 3,000 of our items are manufactured within the EU.
03 How do I know when the next drop is happening?
Thursday 18:00, weekly. The countdown is always at the top of the navigation.
04 How long does a drop last?
Until Sunday, or while supplies last — whichever comes first.
05 Can I change the size?
Yes. 30-day right of return, and we cover return shipping for standard items. If a size is out of stock, it cannot be exchanged — the quantity is the quantity.
06 What is the shipping cost?
Shipping SEK 89. Delivery 2–5 business days. Free shipping on orders over SEK 899. 30-day return policy.
